Low

"Low" consists of 46 acrylic paintings (on both sides of 23 cardboards, each 10cm x 105cm). Pictorial motifs come from my earlier sculptures and also from different signs, ads, tv,.. I show images of my earlier works taking part in the common flood of pictures. The work is diary-like, but it does not tell a story. The representation is to be flat. Joyful colors make contrast to the conceptual basis of the work. I used different painting styles in order to make watching the work more confusing than linear experience. "Low" should be put together on the floor, but the order of the separate pieces should be different every time. Composition is decided by the people who make the exhibition, not by the artist.
