Random Building

The placement and measures of each of this work's red rectancular elements were decided by the computer program I wrote for this work. The software used random algorithms for composing the work. I was interested in seeing what kind of aesthetics randomity creates in these limited circumstances. The only rules were that pieces couldn't overlap each other and one piece could not be larger than 40x40 cm. Random Building was done to Gallery Forum Box's vitrine exhibition serie at Helsinki, Finland.
